Just got off the river for the first time this season. Water levels are the lowest I have ever seen for this early in April (looks like July levels). The water is very cold, but the fishing was pretty good for the hour we were on the water. Dawson caught a 13 inch brown on a bead-head stonefly and Mitchell landed a 9 inch brook trout and also lost another on a bitch creek. For those planning to fish this coming weekend - keep to the bottom and work deeper pools and you should do well.
